  • A beautiful hot summer day today. Loved it. Yes x3. @RangerRickL one of my favourite books is "The Old Man and the Sea". I feel blessed too that I have my health. Love the pics.
  • A forecast of 23 degrees Celsius here in Saskatoon Saskatchewan. :) Going to "kick up" my exercise today; pickle ball and walking. Have a great day everyone.
  • A good day. Walked 6 km in 53 minutes and 55 seconds. Tracked and within calorie limit.
  • Hmmmm, only the beginning of my reply got posted(again). Any ideas what I am doing incorrectly?
  • Hang inn there @am_change @2020pinktogo and @lovesretirement Thanks @pribud for a reminder to smile
  • Hmmm, I am not sure what happened to the rest of my post. This has happened before. Any ideas?
  • A good day.
  • @craigo3154 Well said,"You cannot out exercise a bad diet". Like @phoebelayla said,"Good nutrition first but exercise helps".
  • Welcome new members. Day 1 was a good day. Babysat all day but was still able to track and stay within my calorie limit. The extra exercise was a 45 minute kindermusic class with my 3 year old granddaughter.
  • Congrats to those who made it into the winner's circle. Job well done.
  • Saturday is my weigh in day. I am down 1.6 pounds this week. Pretty thrilled. Slow and steady wins the race.
  • A good day. 8500 steps( lots of spring cleaning). Tracked everything. 100 calories over. Good luck to all the challengers still in the running for the "winner's circle". Anxious for May to roll around so I can try for the winner's circle. Good job @I_can_do_this2 for tracking everything today. Not easy to do when you are…
  • I just signed up for the UAC May challenge. Thanks @RangerRickL for setting this up again. Love it. I do think @phoebelayla is going to make the winner's circle.
  • A good day. I was busy with art and looking after my 3 year old granddaughter Julie. Calories: within my limit Exercise: playing with Julie Tracked everything
  • @pribud and @RangetRickL "Ditto" well said.
  • @phoebelayla You are so going to make the winner's circle. Not one pass day? That is amazing!
  • Thanks @RangerRickL for sharing the sibling chart. I am the youngest of 4 children. It usually is the oldest child that is the most responsible. Not in my family(and that's okay). We all played a different role in taking care of our mom. My brother, who is child #2, was the main caregiver because he lived in the same town.…
  • Thanks @aeshippers for sharing these beautiful photos; it IS " A Wonderful World". This morning the sun is shining here on the prairies. I am walking outside at 10:00 AM with a walking buddy. ☀️
  • @RangerRickL Great workout!! Thanks for sharing such an interesting spring flower. Where abouts do you live?
  • @pears734 Good job for getting right back on track.
  • @I_can_do_this2 A part time job at Curves will help you get even more fit and accountable.
  • A good day. Walked an hour indoors with a friend. Too cold outside today. Did some housework. I hosted our book club group tonight; never ate any snacks. However, slightly over my calorie allowance and tracked everything.
  • Pass Day #4 We were out of town Friday night and had company Saturday and Sunday. Today was a rest day.
  • @aeshippers You are doing great. Keep up the good work.
  • @RangerRickL Very interesting. I had no idea there existed such books like that in the 50s or 60s. I always assumed that children in that era just naturally moved their bones; family chores like gardening, etc.
  • @pribud Congratulations on your 20 pound weight loss. Absolutely terrific. You are inspiring me.
  • Drove out to my brother's today which is a 2 1/2 hour drive NW from Saskatoon. Had a nice visit. No exercise today. Over my calorie limit ( but reasonable) and tracked okay.
  • I LOVE getting up in the morning to a nice cup of coffee( it's what gets me out of bed). ☺️ A big day of babysitting but stayed strong and even went for an hour walk after supper. 15,000 steps, tracked and stayed within my calorie limit. @RangerRickL Thanks for posting such interesting information about coffee.
  • @fitqueembess Congratulations with the donut dilemma.
  • A good day. Did 15,390 steps. Stayed within calorie limit and tracked everything.
