And even though I was dripping sweat even before standing, and I could only walk for a bit - it was a huge accomplishment for me!!!! I can't wait to continue on this journey to a healthier and happier me !! Trust me if I can do this than anyone can reach their goals!!!

Weekends are soooo hard for me!!!! Especially after I have a couple Cocktails all I want is bad food!!! Trying to keep myself disciplined as well!!! You can do it!!!!

I never counted calories before and this really helps me notice what foods I need to eat more of, less of, ect! You can do it!!!
