I don't go to the gym; I mostly do exercises and walking at home. But I had surgery last month so I'm limited to walking for the time being as long as I'm up to it. And yes, I'm being honest about what I eat.
-
Done.
-
Sure, hold on.

I'm a very picky eater, which makes this process so much more difficult. And then it seems like once I see how many calories is in a certain food or whatnot, I'll be like, "Okay, I'll eat it" or "Forget it, it has too many calories."

I changed the weight loss goal to 0.5 pounds per week because from what I've been reading, losing 2 pounds per week is too much. I'll see if it changes anything in terms of my weight because I'm sick of being stuck at 141 pounds.
-
I do focus on what I eat but I'm not even losing weight anymore. I can't find a way to consume 1200 calories daily unless I'm eating something I shouldn't be.
-
I'm 5'0 and my goal weight is 120-125 pounds.
-
I know but I'm more concerned with the increased calorie goal. If I can't meet it at 1200, how will I meet it at 1860?
-
I have the same problem with one difference. I'm off by 600 calories or so daily. I don't have much of an appetite and my weight loss has pretty much come to a halt. What do you do when you're not hungry but still have so many calories left?
-
I use measuring cups and scales.
-
Oops... I meant 1,860 if I changed it to lose 0.5 pounds per week.
-
I think it said 1,580. And even with being hungrier and adding that into the diary, I'm still under my calorie goal. I definitely have to do something about meeting the calorie goal. Maybe that's why I'm at this plateau?
-
I never knew it could be changed but now that I know I can, I definitely will. I'm just concerned about the calorie goal. I can't meet it for the life of me unless I'm eating something I know I shouldn't be. And with lowering the weight loss goal per week comes a higher calorie count and I don't know if that's something I…

I'm set to lose 2 pounds per week but I've also noticed an increase in hunger since I hit this weight, which I think is odd. And it comes at the strangest hours too.

My fiancé. He loved my body when I gained weight, before I started losing weight, and I can't wait to see his reaction once I hit my goal weight. And me too, of course.

I'm in South Hadley, MA. Send me a FR if you want!
-
How do you send a FR?
-
I'm in the exact same situation as you. I've lost 30 pounds with 20 to go and can't get past 141. Feel free to add me and I'll be more than happy to help motivate you!

Since the 1st. My diet and exercise has stayed the same and I'm starting to wonder if I've reached my "peak" (what my fiancé thinks my weight is meant to be).
-
I need all the help I can get. I feel like I'm stuck and I still have more weight to loose. I lost 30 pounds and have 20 left to go.
-
I guess. I lost a lot of it while working as a CNA but I've been out of work since Thanksgiving due to having surgery a month later. I think not working and being able to be active has definitely slowed me down. I feel like I'm at a standstill right now.

Since I started in June, I've lost 30 pounds.
