I typically exersise one hour a day Monday through Friday. Sounds good right? My food intake is usually right on point, my problem is I KAREOKE and throw back a few beers three times a week!! I know, counterproductive.

I am a diabetic and have taken metformin for years. The only true weight loss that I have experienced has been through diet and exercise. I haven't been lucky enough to have had your experience. I can understand your dilemma, keep us posted.
