  • I’m scheduled for the sleeve October 30th, I’m deff ready! Lol
  • I’m not currently on meds, but I do have pcos, lupus, and nerve damage in my spine. With food intolerance and limited mobility things go slow, but i push through. I would focus on your food, and possibly talk to your doctor about options for being active?
  • I have pcos, and before my youngest I was able to lose 50+. What worked for me was getting my hormones straightened out with low dose birth control, and being very careful about calorie counting. I'm trying to lose again now without the birth control and it's definitely slower going. Somin my case atleast it seems to make…

  • I'm disabled myself (lupus, fiber, nerve damage). I'm not in a wheel chair but have mobility issues, so I can't manage a lot of physical activity. However I have found that calorie counting alone does work. It might be a little slower then what others accomplish but it's still progress, so don't get discouraged!
  • I have about 200 to lose to get down to the recommended weight for my height. I don't use a plan, just calorie count and try to stay active.
  • I'm currently 9month post partum and just weighed in at 50+lbs over what I was before getting pregnant. I have lupus and pcos so it's going to be a struggle but I'm not giving up
  • Honestly after years of struggling with pcos related weight issues and infertility. BC ended up being the answer to it all. I dropped 50lbs like nothing (seriously I changed nothing about what I was already doing to be healthy), and got pregnant right after being told the odds weren't good. My RE told me it isn't always…
  • I'm 6 weeks and using the app still to keep track of what I'm eating and making sure I get enough/not too much of stuff. Also to track my weight. The gain and how your feeling is pretty normal though. I've put on a good deal of water weight lately, my clothes are tight thanks to it, and I've felt like I have the flu. Isn't…
  • I have it. I don't really eat any special way though, just count calories and be as active as I can (I also have lupus). Started at 335 this fall/winter Currently at 296
  • If your gettin enough calories and feel fine I see no problem. I tend to only eat when I'm hungry, so occasional I don't eat at every meal. Most often it's either breakfast or lunch that I skip.
  • I'm married with a kiddo. My husband works a labor intense job, and is rather active, my kiddo has SPD and struggles with certain foods, and here I am with lupus, PCOS, and working to lose weight. We still all eat similar foods together, just modified to meet our individual needs. So basically I make a base meal and some…
  • I mix it in oatmeal, pancake mix, yogurt, etc. Pretty much just experiment with it and you'll find what works best for you.
  • Ive been losing pretty steadily with the app. I struggle with PCOS (but not insulin resistant), lupus, and Fibro. I've got about 10-15lbs to go before I'm at a low enough BMI to start fertility treatments but more then 100+ to be a completely healthy weight.
