Much much much much less stressed. I actually look forward to the sweat and feel great after!!!!

I have lost a total of 60 lbs now and this is where I will maintain. It took 7 months but well worth the hard work. I started down this road so I could keep up with my 9 yr old son and having the energy to play with him is an unbelievable feeling! I haven't had abd since I was 20 yrs old!
