I would like to join too! Please add me to the group! Starting weight: 160lbs 12 week goal weight: 145lbs Physical Goal: Get on the treadmill for speed walk 40 mins a day, four times a week at least Nutritional Goal: NO CARBS!!!!!! Lots of fruit, veggies, protein, and water!
