  • Day 16 of my whole 30 here. I NEEDED the rules. Not being able to limit myself for me to where I am now. It's going okay but this is my first time eating paleo. And while I feel amazing I still REALLY a want bread. Being healthy is more important than that want though, atleast to me.
  • I'm on day 16 here. My advice buy things in advance and meal plan. Because whole30 meals aren't quick fixes. If you don't have a plan you will be hungry with no meal to eat and cave for something quick. Also coconut aminos make everything better. Get comfortable with ghee. Good luck.
  • I'm on week 8. The most important part is run slow, don't stop. I cannot believe how far I've come and I have a lifetime to get faster. Also week three was the worst for me, I repeated it twice(so a total of 3 times) before I moved on. Don't dread week 5 day 3, it's all in your head. I was so so proud of myself after that…
