I use protein powders, milk and bars. Also try and have an egg and quorn chicken pieces with every meal and a natural unsweetened yoghurt for breakfast.

5:45 alarm goes off. Get changed into clothes laid out the night before 6:10 get prepared food for day out of fridge into handbag and leave for gym 6:25 arrive at gym 6:30 gym class 7:15 shower and get ready for work 7:45 leave for work 8:30 arrive at work and eat breakfast at the desk
