  • I don't take any supplements except a multivitamin when I remember. I am eating healthy and well-balanced so hopefully that will be enough. Good luck!
  • I go out to eat weekly with my family. I plan ahead and look at the menu. I try to find as close a match as possible on my fitness pal. If I want a steak, I just make adjustments to the rest of my day. Planning ahead is key!
  • You can scan most packages with your fitness pal app. You can also find most foods on there. I weigh everything and enter it in. Really helps me to stay on track! You've got a great coach
  • That's what I do, enter my workouts just to keep track but stick to the calorie goal I set!
