I'm in a similar boat and bounce b/w 133 and 135. 128-130lbs is where I had been for a few years but jumped to 142 in Dec. I'm gonna keep pushing through!

Did w4d1 yesterday and was intimidated by the 5min jog. It felt so good to complete it, but not looking forward to the pain of it again.
