40 pounds down in 6 months. 250 to 210. I love the way I feel mentally and emotionally as well as physically... I am nowhere near where I want to be yet but now I believe I can.

Thank you for your comment. I do not drink alcohol and I do a low calorie intake but not that low and I do lots of weight training. I also weigh in the same time and day of the week each month. I may drink more or less water but never eat before. The test was done by calculating my inches lost and the fat percentage which…

I still have like 60 pounds to lose. Won’t a small calorie deficit lead to less fat loss as well?

@jenniferjohnsonclark water is also one of my biggest struggles because (unless I've worked out) I just don't get thirsty and forget to drink!
