For the longest if I didn't have juice to drink, I didn't drink anything all day. I was chronically dehydrated for a very long time.

I really don't know how to do this weightloss thing. Like I workout and try to keep track of what I eat but it's just not going anywhere. In fact it seems to be going in reverse. I'm not as strong as I used to be.

at the age of 26 (almost 27) i like to go to bed at 10pm so that i can wake up at 4:30 am. I can get a lot of things done at that hour. and I still get my 6 hours in.

I just don't eat the exposed crust on pie. I also only eat sweet potato pie. I refuse to eat cooked fruit. It's too sweet. If I can smell the sugar coming off of a banana I won't eat it. I bought new expensive seasonings and I am planning on hiding them from my roommate when I get them. I didn't need them since I have more seasonings than I can possibly use in a lifetime but I wanted them.

My eating has been sporadic this weekend. I went to bed around midnight Friday an didn't fully wake up until 330 pm Saturday. I am trying really hard to eat better and on a schedule but it's so hard.

My day is pretty much over after drinking a bottle of magnesium citrate yesterday evening to get things moving. I also like the lemon flavor mag citrate. I would totally drink it on the regular if it wasn't a laxative.

I just ate for the first time since like 8 am. I've been running off of Bones episodes on Netflix and preworkout. And at 11 I had a slightly grueling cardio session with my personal trainer. But i'm not really hungry though. I feel weird.

Wow!! I can't get through more than 10 without getting tired of them. I had never eaten a McDonald's chicken nugget or ramen noodles until I got to college.

I threw away half of the food I meal prepped last week because I didn't like the chicken I made. I also hate my roommate and wish he would clean off the stove, stopping using my groceries(oil, seasonings, onions) and stop smoking in his room.

i don't change my food logged even if I don't finish the meal. i never log all the crystal light I drink or gum that i chew. I will not workout if I don't have gum or headphones and because of this i have both in my gym locker.

I never know if the serving size is for cooked or raw meat. So I always do cooked. i know have about 7 pounds to lose to make my sunday weight goal. And the goal will be met.

Messed my wrist up trying to lift more than i could. now i just want to sleep instead of doing any schoolwork. Looks like i'm going to have to do more cardio and decrease my calories to makeup for the weight training that i can't do.
