Pear shaped all the way, thighs are my biggest part - I am 5'11 and 190 right now I am in a 16 pants - So I tend to stay in leggings or sweats haha

The first week is always the biggest jump isn't it? I am sure some of that was water weight. But other than that, kettle bell workouts and cardio/zumba videos. Walking 30 minutes a day. Staying under my calorie limit and carrying a 22 pounds baby around all day.
