-
this is exactly right! I'm 10 lbs away from my goal and I realized my goal isn't actually a number, but a feeling! I too hope that with the goal weight, also comes a toned and fit lady (that can wear short shorts :-))

5' almost 2" SW: 175 ( I know right?) CW:140.2(been here a while) GW: 130 UGW: 125 MFP set my goal at 1400. I usually don't eat that much so rarely go into my exercise calories, but I do allow for one "cheat day" as long as it's not excessive. I try to jog/run 3 days a week and am currently suffering thru the Butt Bible…

Good Grief Jilly, you know how touchy people can be about their carbs! ***I FELT LIKE SUCH A CARB THAT DAY*** Gosh, that commercial will live on forever! Oh, and wheat thins makes a cracker called Nutcrisps. They are delicious and nutricious and carried at Walmart.

That is my worst fear with weight loss. I have the fold as well. Thank you for the relief and motivation!!
-
I have been doing start it up with hand weights and can already see results!! My favorite video is cardio core express! I can FEEL the results with that!!
-
I am with you also! I have been using my handweights during Start it up, just to burn more calories and man do I feel the burn!!!:ohwell:
-
Bahahaha me too! This time of year, with all the sitting we have to do, This is such a great challenge!:flowerforyou:
-
I love the cardio core on the 2nd dvd! it's my favorite and feels SOOOOOO effective!
-
I need to get a heart rate monitor! I did the start it up (25 min), but I did it with my weights so I would burn more calories. I went online and found people my height/weight and saw what they burned doing it. I thought it looked a little high tho?
-
I'd like to join as well! I couldn't make up my mind which workout to do, so when I saw this I made up my mind!!
-
Just what I needed! Thank you for sharing! :flowerforyou:

You all know how to make a girl blush!!! Thanks! Yes, it is the same sweater believe it or not and yes, it did have to go in the dryer a time or two. :) Now i'm just ready to tone up and one day have the courage to post a swim suit pic.......**sigh**someday!!

As crazy as it sounds, up your calories. Anytime I hit a plateau (esp if I have increased my activity), after I up my calorie intake for about a week, I start losing again. Good luck and I hope this helps you!!
-
Bahahahahaha I laughed at this longer than the thought of "skinny fat"
-
Thank you everyone! I've been about the same weight since May 2010 (142), but NSV's like this are way more exciting to me!
-
amazing results! I have PCOS as well. What helped the most with your weight loss?
-
Whoops! Those are a little big. Sorry!

Yay! I just went shopping for a few new "tax season" items and got smaller sizes myself! I decided to hold off on the pants tho because I still have a few lbs to drop before then. That will be such a treat not having to wear "last years pants"
-
Thank you all! I will relay the congrats!!

I have not made my goal yet either, but my goal is really more than weight, it is a comfort zone including how I look and feel in my favorite jeans. I agree with the previous poster about not wanting to meticulously log EVERYTHING for the rest of my life, but I do think accountability is key...to an extent. I like the idea…

I was diagnosed yesterday with PCOS and today starts Metformin. I have been THE SAME WEIGHT (+/- 5 LBS) for 18 months now and finally have an answer to that (and my other) symptoms....as scary as it all is. I need to find some low carb/sugar free snacks and recipes. Any suggestions and motivations would be most…

GREAT JOB!!!

ME TOO!!!
