Thank you :-) the ultimate goal is definitely to look awesome naked but in the mean time, I suppose a goal like focusing on my legs as a jumping off point is what I'll shoot for to start . Now I just need something to have to show them off for :-)

Slim in 6 is a really good toning dvd. Debbie Seibers is also part of the BeachBody team (like turbofire). It was actually my starter dvd, but I go back to it quite often because I can always feel (and see) it working. There isn't a ton of cardio to it either.

I use endomondo for everything but running. It is designed for running, but I also have the C25k app that I use for that!

UPDATE: I am 2 weeks out from surgery and feeling much better. I went for a little hike Monday night (Dr okay'd it) and I ripped the edge of my incision and had to have it stitched back together. Since I still can't swim until that is healed, I have been lifting small hand weights, but i'm looking for something to help…

I'm in the same boat! I try to eat my calories in a healthy foods, but the macro %'s i'm really unsure of. I've been fighting the dreaded last 10 lbs for some time now and I think it is time I figure out how to modify them to help me!
