I'm just trying to say weight loss is not my main focus, my body fat percentage hasn't reduced really even though I've lost ten pounds. I get tested for it at a health clinic every few months with the handheld device that sends out a current.

I'm not really trying to lose weight, but body fat and lower my cholesterol which has already dropped 40 points with just exercising. I also eat 1200-1400 calories a day

Don't be discouraged, keep up the good work! Focus on exercises which burn more calories like walking. Get your heart rate to a steady 150 for 30 minutes. You can do it, good luck!
