Hey Charlie003. I use my lunch hour and right after the kids go to bed. There are tons of short but effective workouts out there to try. I have just started to take the time for myself as well. I walk the dog with my daughter after dinner. It gives us time to do something one on one and then some form of exercise after…

Same here, Mike. My kids complain that my iced tea isn't sweet enough. I don't do soda either, and rarely alcohol of any kind.

This is me to a T. I am 48, 5'3 and 130 Lbs. Since getting married I have slowly put on weight. Even though my husband loves me the way I am, I know I will feel better about myself if I lose 10 pounds and build some muscle. I have started an office fitness challenge and the other participants give me grief about my…

Please add me. I'm 48, 5'3" and need to drop about 15 pounds. More than the lower number on the scale I need to get back into weight training. I just want to be healthy again. I love the lunch time workout. I too use that time. I can get a solid 30 minutes in. I have mastered the 5 minute shower. Eat at my desk when I get back. No time taken away from the family in the evenings.
-
I found a gym close to work and go during my "lunch time". I can get there, change, slam out a 30-35 minute workout, take a quick shower and back to the office in an hour. Then just eat at my desk.

Add me, I'm 48 and just getting started on this journey.
