I'm 5'11" and even after losing over 40 pounds (273 to 231), I'm only just now finding myself between sizes. My US size 18's are falling off my butt and waist, but when I try on US size 16's it's like the muffin top from hell. I think my top size changed more than my pant size, but I haven't bothered to try on new shirts.…

I admire you. I don't think I could do that... I'd go to look for a cake and come out with the prettiest one that *I* loved... You've got willpower, my friend, and smarts.

Haha yup, studying journalism with a sociology minor. Not that I'm all for everything the school is (nobody here is...) And I'm going to be in England from September to December XD maybe we are geographical opposites!

Confession: back when a certain candidate announced his run for presidency this year, there were media crews all over my university campus. I was shaking mad at how many faux "journalists" were making stories out of nothing and harassing students. My roommate even had to talk me down from telling off a certain Buzzfeed…

Pastor's kid. MK stands for missionary kid, just to add to the knowledge base.

I usually use like 2 packets of splenda, but I was told that's a whole lot :c

Phew! :)

Thank you all for the responses! I'll be in Cheltenham, but visiting my boyfriend in London pretty frequently, so I'll have to drag him along to one of the farmers' markets a few times. Thankfully (for my diet's sake), my home school has a rule against drinking alcohol, so I won't be drinking while I'm over there. I've…

That's how I handle foods that I can't for-sure accurately log. If you're just taking a bite of something, it depends on whether you want to, but I don't log that stuff except when I need to be very accurate.

Quokkas are one of my favorite animals! They look remarkably like my boyfriend, too, though I can't say exactly why... maybe his super fluffy sideburns. And they're friendly! They're not scared of people. People take selfies with them all the time, which is perfect for these always-smiling animals... they even smile when…

So I'm going to be eating like 2,000 calories over my goal today... Yiiiiiikes. Birthday cake is not low-cal.

Banquet microwavable chicken/broccoli alfredo...

It's weird that after you stop, it's still always there in the back of your mind. I used to in early high school (terrible coping with PTSD stuff) and still, when things get horrible, it pops back into mind. It's weird. Addictions are like that, I suppose, no matter what they are. It definitely is strange to experience it…

haha I do that when I've got a lot left over. I input a bunch of different servings first so I can set my limit, but seriously, the other night I was counting out servings of Dots with every one that went into my mouth.

I hope I'm not the only one who deals with this, but I've gotten more uncomfortable with my body since losing weight. I'm losing from my boobs the most, so my shape has changed and I'm disproportionate and it feels so weird. Like, I'm losing weight, isn't that meant to boost my self-image? It's tiring, to say the least.
-
that's where mine has come from, like 5 inches lost from the chest but only 1 or 2 everywhere else. it's ridiculous. solidarity!
-
There was a 5 lb difference between yesterday and today's weigh-ins and it's killing me. I literally can't stop sobbing, which is ridiculous.

Confession: I take naps on Skype when I'm Skyping my boyfriend (he's in England, I'm in the US). I never sleep as well as I do when he's "there". Thankfully he doesn't mind if I conk out for sometimes hours at a time and doesn't think it's weird! X3

If you have a stove, make the plain popcorn on the stove and then you can add stuff in. It'll be way less calories and more popcorn! Also I love buttery popcorn and I get the ACT II Butter Lovers popcorn usually, and it's 300 cal for a bag, so that might be an option to switch over to.

You are such an inspiration, thank you so much for posting this on here. I started this whole thing at 19 (turning 20 on Friday) and I love being able to see progress from people in my age group. You look amazing!

Microwavable rice, veggies, and even pasta is what I've been living on. And popcorn. And yogurt. And ramen with broccoli mixed in. I've almost lost 40 lbs in a semester just by tracking what I'm eating, basically.

Confession: my ex-roommate (and ex-friend) is officially moved out of my dorm room, leaving me and one other girl. And I don't really mind, because there's tons more room now, I gained an extra bed, and can practice my b*tch face when the ex-roommate sees me in the hallway XD

I ate a big chocolate bar, a mini pie, and a hamburger (well, cheeseburger, but i didn't log that) today. probably within my calories, since that's really all i had, but it didn't feel as good to "indulge" as i expected it would

@IAmTheGlue OH MY GOODNESS SHE IS SO PRECIOUS :O you are so lucky!

I save cheat days for occasions. Like, my birthday is next week, and I've been planning for months that I'll have a big cheat day then. Even if I'm 9,000 calories over--I've been planning it, getting ready to accept it (and ignore 'guilt'), and most of all, looking forward to it. It helps me stay on track during all the…

Confession: one of my roommates wigged out, made up lies about me, peaced out for 2 days, and moved out while I (and my other roommate) was at class. And I really don't even care that she's going off the deep end. There's less than a month left of school and she's pulling this ridiculous attention seeking stuff... I…

Confession: it bugs me to no end when people bash fat people and assume they're unhealthy. ESPECIALLY strangers on the Internet who are just oh-so concerned about my "health" and obviously know a ton about my (perfectly great) physical health.

@Lois_1989 Cheltenham, but visiting my boyfriend in London very often :)
