  • @DopeItUp‌ I stopped stair master for the past couple of days and my knees feel a lot better. I hated running so I did stair master everyday as my substitute for cardio but now I know better to not do that. I also don't squat almost everyday I do four days then a rest day, But thank you so much for the help!
  • Most of the seniors in my school will be 18 by prom but okay
