  • In addition to this app, I'm following the Okanawan diet. It has helped me quite a bit especially when I've been trying to lose the baby weight - there's a lot of information about it on the web. Good luck.
  • I have the Fitbit Charge, and it appears to only track the amount of steps I've taken. In addition it tracks the amount of stairs I've climbed, calories burned and sleep activity. Since I have what would be considered a sedentary lifestyle, the Fitbit is sufficient. My needs may change as I become more active.
