Try the breakfast cookie recipe by MFP. You can bake ahead of time & chill. I like to eat 3 or 4 with coffee. It has bananas, oats, & chocolate chips ONLY-super easy, tasty, & low on calories!

Tblackdogs, what type of tea do you drink at night that doesn't cause you to stay awake? I will loose sleep if I drink tea after 5 PM.

I try to not eat after 830ish. If I can't sleep due to hunger, I might eat a couple of grapes (4-5) and drink water. I find something else to keep me distracted & out of the kitchen. Hope that helps...

I know what you mean. I just resumed working out this week. I push hard on short sets then rest & push again. At the end, my super athletic teen son scolded me for not cooling down which resulted in foot cramps. Any ideas for a mild cool down when you are already depleted? Good for you, Supermom!! I'm with you-looking for support on my weight loss journey! I started MFP after Christmas 2014 and have already lost 14 lbs. While this is hopeful, I'm beginning to feel lazy about the exercising. Maybe I could get "pushed gently" by the group...Thanks! :)
