I have a few "why's"... 1. I want to look good with and without clothes on! 2. In 2012 I got my personal trainer certification and did nothing with it...now Im overweight so it feels hypocritical to pursue that dream until I look the part. 3. I want to be a positive example for my children.

That would be awesome. I'm actually a certified personal trainer. I just haven't worked as one for a few years now...never thought I'd be on the other end of the spectrum. I know what I need to do, I'm just lacking the motivation and support. I guess life got busy and I got lazy. I'm ready to turn it around though.
