5’4” 43 9/03: 130.0 9/04: 129.6 9/09: 129.4 9/11: 129.0 9/15: 129.0 9/18: 128.0 9/26: 128.0 Staying on track this week has been hard. My stomach is partly bloated from my period and partly from not eating the best foods. Workouts have been harder to get in too. But I’m still trying and not doing too badly.
