@crazyravr Yep. That’s why I asked. I was excited to see 51% potassium so I went to the store and looked online. Granted I did not do a comprehensive search, but was disappointed to see that Wikipedia was the only source I could find that listed anything higher than 30%, with most sources citing less.

No side pain today! But my knees are tired so I’m happy the next two days are rest days.

It bugged me that I was a day off, so I did an extra run this weekend to get my three run per week to line up with MWF. :) My side hurt just a bit on today’s run, but not enough to stop. Just enough to be a little annoying. We’ll see how Wednesday feels!
