Height: 5’4” Goal: 120 Nov 01: 126.0 Nov 08: Nov 15: Nov 22: Nov 29: Nov Goal: 123.0 I made my Oct goal! I had to work hard at it though. I know the next couple of pounds are going to be harder, so I’m going to lower my expectations for this month -especially since Thanksgiving is coming. But I’m still going to work hard…

Seriously? You’ve got to be kidding me! Have we learned nothing from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory? If you don’t let the kids have chocolate on Halloween, they will grow up and open a chocolate factory. Do we really need more chocolate factories? I think not!

@Go_Deskercise I’m going as a hot mess. Which un-coincidentally is the same costume I wore yesterday... My youngest is going as a slice of pizza and my husband got a t-shirt that says, Pizza Delivery Guy. I’m sorta jealous of both costumes.

@krystlpierce It’s behind the phone. The two photos are reverse images because one was a selfie taken in the mirror. Congratulations @josta870 Your hard work shows!

@moonangel12 The LifeFitness near us makes exceptions for things like lowering fees if people sign up in groups etc. Which means they do have flexibility in what they can work with you on. If you talk to the manager and explain your situation, you might find they’d be willing to let you try a longer introductory period.…

I partially homeschool 2 of my 3 kids. Here’s my two cents.. If you use the facilities regularly and the family enjoys doing so, the cost and the drive may not be that big a deterrent for your lifestyle. It could actually be a good family routine. If you schedule your trips 2-3 (or how many ever..) times a week, the kids…

I should add that this place does not have calories listed even online, but since it was all basic/common stuff, it was easy to find comparable items in MFP to log all the bites with. And I did stay on track with calories for the day.

I do feel lucky! We move a lot and when we got here last year and started discovering all the diverse places with good food, I was like, “You are going to have to roll me out of this city when we move on to the next!” We only eat out once, maybe twice a week, but it’s almost always spontaneous. We went to the mall on…

I LOVE eggs, and though I don’t eat them every day, I often eat 2 eggs + 2 egg whites for breakfast, and then have 3 or 4 hard boiled egg whites in my salad for lunch, and then maybe more for snack. Like some previous posters, I also use eggs (especially egg whites) to fill in low cal protein when I need it.

It’s good advice to look up a few recipes on Pinterest and take an average account of calories per portion. Thanks! I do not like to cook though, so at home my aim is as few ingredients and as little effort as possible. Makes it easy to log home food though!

I eat most of my food and meals at home, and though I definitely eat more at those restaurants than I would at home, I don’t use them as pig-out sessions. Just a few bites of everything to get to try all the new flavors. I don’t have much to lose, but that narrows down my calorie wiggle room. For balance I try to skip…

It’s also the reason I only made it to the gym once this week. I did stay on track with my running program though, so I feel…

Really great work! Congratulations on seeing your hard work pay off!

Thanks, @Antiopelle I’ll check them out!

I’m surprised to be on my own here, but I needed a push again today. Running was on the schedule and I so didn’t feel like it. I’m sure I’m going to start my cycle tomorrow and was feeling extra emotional and tempted to day drink and eat my feelings :) I played Getting Started -Aloe Blacc (Hobbs & Shaw) a couple of times…

I did get lots of exercise and activity in though. We hiked trails with lots of steep stairs to see waterfalls. Took the kids to…

@StayFocused01023 That’s fantastic. Good work!

I’m 42 and 5’4”. When my husband joined the military 18 years ago we bought our first scale. I went from a sedentary lifestyle with eating out quite often to an active lifestyle and healthy eating. I dropped from 140 to 120 and looked and felt my best. We’ve moved 8 times now and I tend to gain between 10-15lbs each time…

Height: 5’4” Goal: 120 Sep 27: 130.0 Oct 04: 128.4 Oct 11: 128.8 Oct 18: Oct 25: Oct Goal: 126 I had a good week. I have been bloated though, so I didn’t get to see the scale drop. That’s disappointing, but not stressful since I know I was on track with both diet and exercise. We are leaving today on a three day trip up…

I got back on track because I didn’t like how bloated my stomach felt or how my clothes were fitting. Someone posted a group photo online recently, and my face was so puffy that I sincerely looked like I had gained 20lbs even though it was really only 5ish. My face quit looking puffy and my stomach felt so much less…

I don’t really like running, but I love all the benefits of completing the program. I like the calories it burns in such a short amount of time, I love how my thighs slim down into lean muscle, and I…

But I got back on track last week and am ready to participate this round. @rianneonamission it’s good to see a familiar name!

Height: 5’4” Goal: 120 June 02: 127.8 June 07: June 14: June 28: Well, I’ve been living it up. Birthdays, anniversaries, family visits, charity balls. I haven’t been sedentary or stuffing my face with junk food, but I’ve been eating more than I should at all the restaurants, enjoying plenty of wine, and haven’t been going…

It’s likely ovulation. I was confused by those days for a very long time and kept wondering if I was doing something wrong. Made me feel so much better when I searched the boards here and found how common it was!

@tjones0411 We also went to the one in DC. It wasn’t great and I wouldn’t do it again. The weather was not great to have the line wrapped around the building because they were disorganized 😕. But it was nice to get out of the house with my husband because it’s been a while since we did something different than just dinner.…

@robin666 If it’s something you guys love to do, then maybe make a plan for it. Like deciding that you are only going to eat out once per weekend and then pick the day, the restaurant and what you are going to order ahead of time. Making the choices ahead of time is helpful because you can easily see how much money and…

Age: 42 Height: 5’4” Goal weight: 120 Mar 01: 128.4 Mar 08: Mar 15: Mar 22: Mar 29: I’m actually lucky I didn’t gain, since I’ve had a “full” week. I only ended up being on track 2 out of 7 days this week. Last Saturday I went to a Chocolate, Wine and Whiskey festival. 🎉 Today I’m starting my cycle. 😕 I did manage to…
