Flavored branches chain amino acids... I add it to my water but it's zero calories so I feel like I'm having sugar

I mix vanilla with peanutbutter or pb2 powder. I also love adding bananas but they don't really fit into my macros anymore as I would prefer to eat other fruits Instead.

I am starting over too as I gained all 25 pounds back and an additional 20. Everyone has to start somewhere. In the grand spectrum of things it doesn't matter where you started or when, just that you made a change and got to the end.

Watch what your eating as diet is more impactful than exercise. Make friends at school that also eat healthy. If you have a fridge buy healthy food. Try to make good decisions when eating out. That's a lot of working out. Are you working out just to maintain a bad eating habit? College is full of eating out and buffets if your living on campus. I would always get a big salad when you go to lunch or dinner first at the buffet and then after you eat the salad whatever your still hungry for try a little of each.

I am a stress eater. Going to the gym and meal prepping has been helping me. Also I pretty much gave up tv so that I couldn't eat and sit in front of the tv.

Don't get on the scale. Take pictures and measure yourself with a tape measure. It might be muscle or water weight. Watching the scale go up can be very disheartening.

I originally lost 25 pounds in the first year.... then I gained 40 pounds over the next 3. Don't eat too much carbs and fat.... you need some plant proteins.

I am kind of scared of chemicals in diet soda. I heard that the have this new Diet Pepsi & cherry Diet Pepsi that's supposed to have less chemicals. Honestly if coke is preventing you from snacking on other sugary things than go for it.

Maybe just add 200 calories in planned snacks as I used to eat salads for lunch and be very hungry later.

All scales are different. You have to consistently use the same one. Also my weight will be high for days and then drop for one day for no reason.
