  • Hi. I agree with you on losing weight slowly. I started a year and a half ago at 205 lbs. I'm at 176 now and still have at least 30 lbs until I'm satisfied. I don't want to be super skinny.   • This is a lesson I recently learned. Last month I Iost motivation and all it took was for one person to notice and (check in) and I was back to logging in. I see her posting everyday and it keeps me going. I'd like to "pay it forward" :-)
