Hi I would like to join you for advice, support and ideas. Going on holiday the end of May and can't fit into any of my 'holiday' clothes so need to do something drastic/sensible lol.

I think that mine is too high, up to 3000 calories a day at times as MFP is adding extra calories burned on the fitbit.

I'm finding that my FB activity is adding far too many extra calories to MFP allowance. Some days its over 3000 calories! I would like some extra for exercise but I feel that I'm getting too many. Anyone else finding this or is there something I can do to reduce?

Hi I just started (again) last Sunday and am quite surprised at how well this website motivates. The shiny new healthy eating plan is getting a wee bit tarnished but I sure I'll buck up after my first weigh-in. It had better be fabulous!
