I also looove outdoors (but it's quite cold in Canada these days, brrr...), gather mushrooms, fruits and plants in season, try to eat local whenever possible and eat a lot of unprocessed food - in fact I cook almost everything that I eat. Adding you ! :)

My goal is 1600 (1500-1700 per day). I'm not a big meat fan either, but I'm working on eating more protein. Since I'm a French speaker, my recipe titles are in French but I would say that 98% of my food (including ingredients for recipes) are logged in English. You can add me if you want !
