I binged so badly right before starting a weight loss challenge at work: Burgers, fries, Pepsi, 2 cups of cream cheese icing right out of the container. All so that my starting weight would be a little bit higher and I might have a better shot of getting a higher loss percentage at the end. I know this makes no sense…
