Sure looks like one contented cat !

So cold in Victoria!! Hail! In QLD it’s 38 C. Our weather here in Oz is so extreme.

Those sapphire grapes look intriguing. My neighbour brought me some Brazilian grapetree fruit aka Jabuticaba. They look like grapes but taste like mangosteen with a white flesh seed. Delicious!

Other contributing factors that might be worth mentioning: 1. Lower stress levels 2. Regular exercise 3. Socialising 4. Ample sleep 5. Home made unprocessed food 6. Moderate alcohol consumption 7. No snacking 8. OMAD of course

Kimchi stew sounds so good and comforting. 😊

Great pictures and charts! Love seeing you make progress towards reaching your goals.

After 22 days SW 91 kg CW 85 kg GW 81 kg I have lost 6 kg already in less than 4 weeks. Already looking a lot slimmer around the waist. This is amazing even for someone who has tried OMAD before. The difference this time is that I am not bingeing on my one meal and not grazing but sticking to one plate. Last night I had…

Those figures don’t lie; nothing like real evidence to spur you on.

You’re looking very slim in that photo. Good job!

Update after 16 days OMAD - I have reached the halfway mark already! SW 91kg CW 86 kg (5kg loss) GW 81 kg (5 kg to go) I am feeling so full of energy - a bit hyped up and excited. Only needed five hours sleep last night. I think that this fasting diet is making my brain really hyper quick and my energy levels are way high.…

@jadepearl thank you for saying that. I do enjoy my environment if I can by making it homely and comfortable.

Very memorable family picture 😊

Well done you are doing great.
-
Oh, I ate half and saved half for tomorrow including half a bottle of wine.
-
Fasted for 28 hours today! I was up early and went kayaking early on the morning! Then more than two hours of pickleball and well..... kinda indulgent once again but goood👍😋
-
Ooooooh!!!! Nice 😳😊

Hi Natalie, welcome! I work from home too. Going OMAD has helped me with self control. Food is always going to be a distraction for me when there is work to be done but since I started OMAD again I have also reduced my red wine intake by more than half! Good luck on your journey.
-
Wow your weekly meal plan looks so organised! I’m impressed 😁
-
@mistymeadows Well, we all have our special indulgences. But since going OMAD I have gradually reduced my consumption of several favourites; I’m now consuming less chocolate, red wine and beer. ☺️👍😋

@volgirl Isn’t it wonderful to enjoy our one meal a day with all the trimmings and to know that we can still control our weight.
-
@jadepearl Yes would be great to get to target by 2020. Let’s do it!
-
You are making such good progress. 14 kg loss is really commendable. Only 3kg to go!
-
@jade pearl Thanks so much for your encouraging words. I do love eating well that’s for sure. So OMAD works well for me because I like the idea of a really good feed at least once a day. I have lost 3 kg and am already looking trimmer. I have 6kg to go and would love to get there before 2020 in eight weeks.

Learning to limit portion size to one bowl and to balance my macros. I like being able to include carbs in my one meal a day. I generally fast 23 hours and eat for one hour. Lost 3 kg in first two weeks but now weight loss has slowed.

Lunch today, chicken tenders with Asian rice, spinach, home grown tomatoes avocado and asparagus.

I didn’t realise that you could buy food at the Reject Shop! Your schnitzel burger picture looks delicious.

Love the cat house!
