I would say do a light jog or jump roping for 5-10 minutes as a warm up and then continue on with your normal routine. Wish you the best of luck!

Try splitting your meals up if your feeling stuffed. Maybe have a light meal every two hours. Or if you have the money buy a mass gainer supplement, you can get in the calories without feeling stuffed.
