I sautee 1/2 tbs coconut oil, 2 whole eggs, and 1 cup spinach together and right before I plate I stir in 1/2 oz of feta cheese. It hits the spot every time! Under 300 calories too!

Grilled chicken pita with lettuce, cucumber, red onion, feta, hummus and greek vinaigrette! It was delicious!

I almost always have avocado with my lunches. My favorite is mixing tuna, avocado, and some salsa and eating it as a dip for raw vegetables or as a lettuce wrap. I also really enjoy a good ole turkey and avocado lettuce/tortilla wrap.

Roasted chickpeas are the bee's knees, hummus, air popped popcorn with some melted ghee, mini peppers, almonds and I love making jerky although I haven't tried it 'clean' yet!

I have 90 (give or take) pounds to lose. Salty snacks are my kryptonite...especially chips...especially doritos...mmmm...doritos...sorry. Enough of that crap! Clean eating from now on!

Taco salad! Ground seasoned chicken breast, sour cream, salsa, fresh homemade pico de gallo, avocado, and jalapeno all on a bed of lettuce! Yum!

I love my tuna with avocado, lime juice, cilantro and a pinch of Himalayan salt! So good!

No salt added tomato sauce with garlic, onion, oregano (or italian spice mix) and chile flakes. My husband and I make our own sauce every time and it's always delicious!
