Lost 3 lbs in the second week, but have been at a steady state since then. Goal is just to keep sticking with it. Exercising and eating are on track.

Awesome! Just restarted it myself. Years ago, I used it and got into the best shape ever, and would like a repeat. But it's really tough, and I found that I still needed to eat healthy to make the pounds come off. Good luck!
