Lol yeah I should do that. Its not a huge temptation right now, but its hard. I know it will get harder before it gets easier. Cravings will set in.

If I want a snack I eat an apple and this app says an apple has 80 calories. I may just be freaking out for nothing because I really wanna lose for my health.

I'm using 1800 calories, also. I'm eating right or I think I am and still go over.

I tell him all the time he also, should eat healthy. He's Hispanic and all Hispanic people I know have high cholesterol and love their food salty and greasy. He's not picky and doesn't complain, but I feel bad because it is me who needs to lose weight not him.

I guess I'm just paranoid. Lol I have a lot of weight to lose and eating cereal for breakfast, a healthy lunch, and dinner I still find myself right at my daily calorie limit...yesterday, I ended up with 4 calories extra. I'm trying so hard and worrying about going over.
