I just had this problem with my Versa.. I uninstalled the MFP app.. Lighted into MFP online via a web browser.. Went to my Apps > disconnected Fitbit > reconnected fitbit.. Now they seem to be syncing.

I'm having this issue, but I noticed my FitBit is not syncing as well. It is not syncing my steps but I noticed my FitBit app has the Sworkit pro information from MFP.
