Normally have oatmeal with 2TBS of creamy peanut butter for protein.. If Im craving chocolate, I will add a dash of hot chocolate mix in it. Lately I have been eating Jimmy Dean Turkey Scrambles with splashes of hot sauce.

Oh yes. The ever lovely *NOT* knee pops/crunches.. Unfortunately for me, mine is hereditary and with off and on pain. Roughly termed 'Floating knee caps'. Modified squats are my bff.. Take good care of those knees everyone! :)
