I’m right there with you! Friday and Saturday are awful! Drinks lead to bad food. I know i can do it if I completely isolate. Lost 30lbs! But now that my boyfriend is home & all he wants to do is eat junk & drink... ugh... i need to get him on board w/ a new healthy lifestyle!

Me too. Weekends are so hard for me. I’m starting a 28-day challenge of following a meal & exercise plan. I really hope I can do this! My boyfriend makes everything so difficult!

I hear you! Weekends w/ cocktails equal disaster for me... Perfect during week then fail in the weekends.. The only way it seems I stay on track is by not going out... Slowly getting better though
