  • Checking in, I just did the elliptical for 20 minutes. The Fire Chief gave me the code to the fire station and said I’m welcome to use the equipment anytime.! So no excuses. 😁 And the station is about 5 minutes from my house.

  • Today was a good day. I was right at my calories. I didn’t exercise but I sure did do a lot of walking around the house getting things done. Now to do the same tomorrow!!

  • @micki48 Thank you for texting and checking on me and my goals! I have been bad in August not logging or exercising. But this month will be great. I would love to lose 3 pounds by the end of the month. My long term goal is to be under 200 by December!
