  • I’m going to take a break from the group for a bit. I haven’t been doing well and just not feeling it at this time. I’m going to try on my own and see where that takes me! I will still come and see how everyone is!

  • I will probably go over calories but I did get a little walk in. Hoping to walk each day this week between the rain we might get! This nice weather is motivating me, I hope!

  • The weekend has been pretty good. I did eat a lot yesterday but today o have stayed within my range! I am going to focus and lose this week. I plan on keeping myself busy and out of the cabinets and food!
  • PW 210 CW 209 I worked out three times this week. That’s a good start. I plan on exercising at least five times this coming week. Water intake has been good for sure....constantly going to the bathroom!

  • PW 210 CW 209 🙌🏻 I worked hard this week eating right. I was so afraid the scale wouldn’t drop, but it did! My husband is my cheerleader at home, he is doing this with me. It helps a ton!
  • PW 210 CW 210 No change but the last few days have been good on calories and eating healthier foods. I’m hoping to lose every weigh in starting next week. I’m trying more protien, vegetables and drinking water like crazy!
  • So my husband is doing a weight loss challenge at work. He weighed today and texted me a sad face. He isn’t by any means overweight but it’s the most he has weighed on his life. I think with him by my side doing this journey it will be easier. He is an awesome support. I will try to get him to join us!
  • Yesterday was pretty good! Went over my calories but ended up walking 2.67 miles shopping with the kids. Also went grocery shopping and bought a bunch of healthy food so I have no choice to eat it. 😁

  • Not sure what happened this week. Not eating right, ate way too many cookies I made and no exercise. My motivation is just not there. I know it takes several weeks to get in a routine. I am hoping to get there. Scared what the scale will say tomorrow. 🙁
