I just hate being told I've lost too much. All of my family tells me I'm too thin. I could lose another 8 pounds and be in a healthy weight range for my height. I'm not losing anymore, I'm in maintenance and I eat a healthy amount of food. I feel like they always have to pick my body apart and I absolutely hate it. People…

Yes! A lot of people think you just go back to your old eating habits after you lose weight, because that's what they would do. Like no, I worked this hard for a reason, I'm keeping it off!

Try eating more calorie dense foods like nuts, full day stuff instead of low fat. I use quest bars for snacks and protein. I don't worry about carbs at all but that's just me, I feel MUCH better when I eat plenty of carbs and it hasn't hurt me in my weight loss at all.

I've found that people love to be discouraging. A supervisor at work said, "you're so tiny, don't worry, you'll gain it all back." She also said, "you're starting to look frail." Why would you tell someone who has lost weight that they are going to gain it all back?!

I wish I didn't feel any hungrier, I can eat like a horse during that time. I usually can fight through, but it is so hard. And same as you, all I want are fats and sweets.

I have GI issues as well, I had to stop eating meat because of it, it just makes me sick. And sometimes for me trigger foods can change from day to day. But I still can't Cheerios, which are my favorite cereal.

I've found that some people can't be happy for other people's successes, it drives me insane. Congrats on your weight loss and hard work. If she can't appreciate it, someone else sure the hell will.

1200 might not be enough if you're wanting to over eat. If you increase your calories you'll probably just lose slower. How close are you to goal?

You can make vegan cheese out of cashews, nutritional yeast has a cheesy flavor. There are "cheeses" that you can buy that aren't really cheese although they are expensive and not as delicious.

Pms sucks. No matter how much I eat, when it comes to pms, I just stay hungry. It's a real struggle lol.

I plan my snacks ahead, weight them out, log them and eat them through out the day. That way im not tempted to sneak a bite of this or a bite of that or grab something from the vending machine.
