Why isn't dairy good for pcos? I have pcos and I eat a lot of dairy, I want to make sure I'm not making my symptoms worse.

If you like it, and it fits in your plan, I don't why you'd need to give it up. I won't give up diet soda or energy drinks. I don't care how "bad" they are for me, I like them.

I'm 4'11" and I have lost 65-67 pounds depending on the day. I was 170 at my heaviest and I now am usually somewhere between 103-105.

I've tried all the flavors and I absolutely love them all. I love the chips also. They are a bit pricey, but definitely worth it to me.

I love popcorn so much, I have it tattooed on my leg. I always have multiple varieties laying around, cheddar, caramel, sea salt, sea salt caramel, toasted coconut, kettle corn! It just goes on and on!
