I'm a vegetarian also, I don't base my meals around rice and tortillas lol but I don't really worry about carbs, my carbs are from healthy sources and I eat lots and lots of fresh veggies everyday. I've lost 67 pounds never once counting carbs. I worry more about getting enough fat and protein.

It didn't make me gain weight at all, but it definitely caused me a bunch of health problems and just didn't work for me, which sucks because actually getting a period was awesome. Actually, it caused my mother a lot of problems, too. Maybe it's something in our genes.

Anything really sweet and/or deep fried. Also, pizza. Can't stop at one, two, three or four pieces, I have to eat all of it. Also, when alcohol, I eat so much when I'm drinking. I try to avoid these items for the most part unless I make it myself and only in a single serving size. If I don't make it myself, I try to only…

Thank you for this, I'm saving that.

If you don't have a gluten intolerance, Seitan is a good option, and it is damn delicious, lol. It's perfect for pizza, stir fries, steaks, you make anything out of it.

I've noticed this with a lot of things and it goes both ways. Amy's black bean chili says it has two servings, but if you weigh it out, it's one and half almost every time.
-
Seitan is full of protein, has a lot of sodium though. You can make your yen though.

People of all sizes drink diet soda. I drank diet soda when I was obese, and I drink it now at 103 pounds, and have seen no adverse effects on my weight except for when I drink too much and go over in sodium for the day.

Same here, I'm up and down the same two pounds. Get to maintenance gradually over a few weeks.

Creamed peas, shuck beans, anything my grandmother made, but especially her drop biscuits and poor man's gravy and oh my god fried green tomatoes!
-
I love nuts and nut butters, but they do have lots of calories, I just eat smaller servings of them.
-
I just try and avoid trans fats. I have a really hard time eating enough fat in general. Even when I think I've eaten a lot of fat one day, I usually still fall short of my goal.

Pinterest has some great ideas

This is exactly how I feel. It sounds to me like is he is just unfaithful and is telling this girl how "unattractive" you are just to get what he wants from her.

Probably just ate too much in general. I can't eat meat at all, it makes me sick. I have digestive problems, though. Maybe ask your doctor about gastritis, certain foods will trigger this kind of discomfort.
-
And amy's has a ton of options and they are really good. I love the polenta and Swiss chard one and the spaghetti Italiano

About 2 pounds, I attribute it to sodium right now, I've definitely noticed when I lower my sodium, my weight stays pretty steady at 103-104. But when I have more sodium it's more like 104-105
-
I personally like Amy's for when I don't have time to cook, they even have lighter options, and low sodium options, but in general, the sodium content is crazy high, and I have a hard time staying staying under my sodium anyway.

I have one, add me!

Quest, also seitan is almost all protein.
-
Add me!

I am not Trans but definitely always making new friends! Add me if you want!

Shirataki noodles and my digestive system do not mix.

Goodness, lord almighty, I love Talenti. The salted caramel is my favorite.
-
Sea weed salad! Mmmm I love aged dashi tofu! The most I see with it is high sodium content.
-
I'm 26 add me!
-
I do this when I have gastritis flair ups, it works wonders and I love the taste. Lol.
-
Yes! I want to stuff my face with everything! It's a struggle for sure!

Roller skating is my number one favorite thing to do. I can't wait to skate around my neighborhood, I'm definitely doing it this weekend. Second is hot yoga at modo yoga.
