Up .8 pounds. :/ I tend to be a stress eater. The week before Christmas break in an elementary classroom equals stress. Plus, there has been a full moon. Yikes! Seriously, if anyone has a tip on how to lessen stress related eating, I could use a little motivation.

Hello, I have been on MFP for a few years off and on. Consistency is a huge problem! This is the first challenge I have joined, so hoping it will help me be consistent for a longer period of time.

Lost 4.6 pounds. Very happy! However, this is the first week I've been serious. I typically have a big loss week one then MUCH slower after that. I have focused on clean eating and no added sugar. Sugar cravings are beginning to wane.
