Mission tortilla have too much fiber for me. I use La Banderita . They have several sizes I use the smallest one for less net carbs and portion control. Doesn’t knock me out of Ketosis and as T2d it doesn’t raise my blood sugars either. I also found new bread from kiss my keto. Can order it from Amazon . It’s pricey but…

Hi everyone, RN working in family practice clinic. Have noticed my steps decreased when I left the hospital. Have PCOS as well and have been on this roller coaster awhile. High cholesterol is actually diagnostic of PCOS. What that means is you don't have cholesteterol because you are eating too much it's how your body is processing stuff. Stick with low carb consistently and see how your numers drop the next time....

Actually fat intake has more to do with hormone function than carbs. In the wrong person carbs are actually damaging in excess. Excess being more than 100-150 per day

Ah...low carb does not have to mean Atkins. Diabetic diets follow low carb...keeping your carbs anywhere from 30-50grams per meal. You are looking for lean meats, avoiding processed foods, anything from a box or can as those have tremendous amount of salt. Lots of veggies!

I agree in the am before eating...naked...consistent. I have experienced the same as you though as well 6-8 equals 1-2 lbs on certain days ...weird! Don't know what to tell ya...but as long as it stays consistent you can count that low weight
