My goal for May is to lose any amount of weight. I haven't been eating and exercising like I should be and haven't lost anything, so any amount of weight lost will be a positive.

I am 5'3" and my calorie goal is 1400 after speaking to a nutritionist. At this point I am just getting back into eating right and exercising regularly. I have started Leslie Sansone walking videos and do them at least 5 days a week.

I live in northeast ohio and try to walk everyday, even with snow on the ground. Sidewalks are still covered so I have to use the street or a path through the snow someone else has made.
