I did snatches last week for the first time and thought no way am I going to pull this off. Well I did. Power clean are worse to me than snatches. But...my top most least favorite left isn't a lift, but are PUSH UPS. I absolutely hate them. Probably always will.

I definetly plateau. Could not fully lose the baby fat, and I was on a time frame. But the scale and my pant size were not budging! I joined a 24 day challenge program from advocare and in those 24 days I finally dropped 8 more lbs. I just needed help to push my body's restart button
