I have a 2-2-2-2 recipe. I love this. I don't drink anything 30 minutes before and after I eat. I feel satisfied. 2 jumbo eggs 2 oz. Mushrooms 2 oz. meat ( sausage , bacon , ham ) 2 tbsp shredded cheese.
