  • Is something off? I really don't think people need more than 1200 calories a day to remain healthy. For example, I am over 55 and my dr. indicated that I can only eat 1400 just to maintain my extra 20 pounds. There is no such thing as you are not eating enough food at 1200 calories a day?   • Be consistent and increase weight as you move on. Get a workout partner or trainer if you can. Results can happen quick if you do the workouts correctly
  • I don't know but I would say close to 600 you will get strong fast with this program. If it turns out to be too hard go to crossfire lite or a general foundation program with kettle bells. You will see results fast
  • I eat alot of what I want but I due to my personal health and other issues i really cut out fried foods years ago. Now, I will have them from time to time.. I eat pretty much what I want..
